Product and accuracy
How accurate is a photo estimate?
MiraVita estimates ingredients and portion size from what the camera can see. Oil, butter, sauces and fillings are often hidden, and dim light or a cropped plate lowers accuracy. Photograph the whole plate from above in good light, and correct items before saving.
Can I edit or add items manually?
Yes. Every recognized item can be renamed, resized in grams, cups, ounces or pieces, or deleted. You can also log by barcode or by typing a description when a photo is not practical.
Which nutrients does it show?
All plans show carbohydrates, calories, protein, fat and sodium per meal. Glucose and Dual add net carbs, fiber and added sugar. Pressure and Dual add potassium and a running daily sodium total against 2,300 mg.
Subscription and billing
How does the free trial work?
Paid plans include 7 days free. Billing starts on day 8 at the monthly or yearly price you chose. We email a reminder 2 days before the trial ends.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel in account settings or email sales@miravita.online. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refund terms are in the Refund Policy linked in the footer.
Can my family share one plan?
The Dual plan lets you add up to 4 family members for $19.99 per year each. Each member has a separate login and private meal history.
Health and data
Is MiraVita a medical device? Do I need a prescription?
No prescription is needed. MiraVita is a general wellness tool for food choices. It does not diagnose, measure blood glucose or blood pressure, or recommend changes to medication or insulin. Decisions about treatment belong with your clinician.
Who can see my photos and nutrition data?
Only you, and family members you explicitly share with. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Original photos are deleted after 30 days. We do not sell data or pass it to advertising networks, and you can export or delete your account at any time.
